Preteens:
4th and 5th graders are often called pre-teens. Pre-teen children begin to face challenges at school, among their peers and at home that could intensify as they reach 
their middle school years. Encouraging Christian Fellowship and supporting their journey toward a personal faith in Jesus Christ provides a meaningful foundation for facing the challenges of their young lives.
Jesus said, "Everyone who hears my words and obeys them is like a wise man who built his house on rock. It rained hard, the floods came, and the winds blew and hit that house. But it did not fall, because it was built on rock."
Matthew 7:24-25
Parents, we hope you will encourage your pre-teen to give Rock AbouT a try. Rock AbouT is a great way for kids to connect to other kids and kids to connect to Jesus. We want to team with you and help your child explore how to create a firm foundation of faith - one that can weather the storms of life. We also welcome parent involvement on our Rock AbouT leadership team, or as chaperones or drivers for our events.
