Don is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. Nurtured in faith at Northminster Presbyterian Church in Cincinnati, he graduated with a BS in Music Education from Miami University in Oxford, OH, and received his Masters of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ. Don served as Associate Pastor of Trinity Presbyterian in Charlotte, NC and Associate Pastor at First Presbyterian in Roanoke, VA. He was then called as the first installed pastor in a new church – Christ Our Anchor Presbyterian, in Annapolis, MD – where he developed a passion for multiple styles of worship. He was called to be Westminster’s head of staff in August, 2000. Don’s primary responsibilities include preaching; worship design; vision casting; team leadership; organizational development; and mentoring staff. He is a missional leader encouraging the congregation to fulfill its calling to be sent into the world with the Good News of Jesus Christ. Don is married to Linda, a native of Philadelphia. Don and Linda enjoy cooking, music and travel. Don has two children – Andrew, who works in the hospitality industry in Baltimore, and Sarah Hope, who is in graduate school in Boston.

Gary is a native of southern California and has served in pastoral leadership for over 25 years. His ministries have stretched across both coasts and have included Senior Pastor, New Church Planter, Seminary teacher, and University Chaplain. Gary continues to have a hand in the academic community by teaching Spiritual Formation at Palmer Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. With an undergraduate degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a doctorate in spiritual formation in process at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Gary's passion is to come alongside people through teaching, leading, coaching, and equipping in order that they may grow in their faith journey. Gary is married to Rev. Arnell ArnTessoni. They have two children, Michaela and Rebecca.

A Pennsylvanian since birth, Ann has lived in the suburban Philadelphia area for her entire life, except for the years she spent as an undergraduate student at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. After working as a civil engineer and preschool teacher, Ann returned to graduate school in 2003. Sensing God's call to ordained ministry, she entered Palmer Theological Seminary and completed her Master of Divinity in 2009. Ann and her husband Jim have been married for 24 years. They have two sons: Daniel a student at the University of Pittsburgh, and Michael, a senior at Conestoga High School. In her free time, Ann enjoys reading, playing squash, and gardening.

Shelli grew up in Madison, Georgia, and continues to be grateful to Madison Presbyterian Church for the way it nurtured and supported her in her youth. She is a graduate of Converse College and Columbia Theological Seminary. Shelli joins Westminster from Davidson College Presbyterian Church where she served as an Associate Pastor. She is committed to work with the larger church, having served with the Montreat Youth Conference and Massanetta Springs Middle School Conferences as well as an array of peace and justice committees of various presbyteries.
