Don is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. Nurtured in faith at Northminster Presbyterian Church in Cincinnati, he graduated with a BS in Music Education from Miami University in Oxford, OH, and received his Masters of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ. Don served as Associate Pastor of Trinity Presbyterian in Charlotte, NC and Associate Pastor at First Presbyterian in Roanoke, VA. He was then called as the first installed pastor in a new church – Christ Our Anchor Presbyterian, in Annapolis, MD – where he developed a passion for multiple styles of worship. He was called to be Westminster’s head of staff in August, 2000. Don’s primary responsibilities include preaching; worship design; vision casting; team leadership; organizational development; and mentoring staff. He is a missional leader encouraging the congregation to fulfill its calling to be sent into the world with the Good News of Jesus Christ. Don is married to Linda, a native of Philadelphia. Don and Linda enjoy cooking, music and travel. Don has two children – Andrew and Sarah Hope – who are in college and graduate school, respectively.

Gary has been in pastoral ministry for 25 years serving as Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, New Church Planter, and University Chaplain. Before coming to Westminster, Gary was a professor at Eastern Seminary and worked with a team supervising Seminary interns in local churches. At Westminster, Gary is Associate Pastor of Spiritual Growth and Development and Dean of the Academy. Gary is married to Arnell and together they have two girls, Rebecca and Michaela.

Ed joins Westminster after returning in 2009 from a one-year tour in Iraq where he served as a Brigade Chaplain. Prior to Iraq, Ed was the Sr. Pastor for Pacific Palisades Presbyterian in Pacific Palisades, CA. He also served Red Clay Creek Presbyterian in Wilmington, DE for seven years and two other churches in Pennsylvania. Ed graduated from the University of Findlay, Findlay, OH with a BA in Religion, Philosophy & Christian Education. He earned a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, Princeton, NJ and a Doctor of Ministry from Lancaster Theological Seminary, Lancaster, PA. Ed is a member of Rotary International and has served the National Church in many capacities including: General Assembly Council Review Committee, Director on the Board of Pensions, Parliamentarian for the General Assembly, Stated Clerk for Donegal Presbytery, Chair of Committee on Ministry, and member of an Executive Presbyter Search Committee. Ed has three adult children: Jennifer, Kristopher, and Zachary.
