Westminster Choirs

Chancel Choir

The renowned Westminster Chancel Choir, under the direction of Robert Morris, offers sacred music and spiritual inspiration to hundreds each week at Westminster.  In addition to singing at two worship services each week, the 100-voice Chancel Choir offers special programs and seasonal concerts throughout the year.

Acclaimed as one the finest choirs in Chester County, the Chancel Choir offers four "Christmas Joy" concerts each year to "sold out" crowds of several thousand visitors.  The Lenten season brings requiems from Brahms to Ellingboe and Scott.  This past season, the Chancel Choir presented Mozart's Requiem with the Kennett Symphony Orchestra.  Easter time is a favorite at Westminster, as the choir offers joyous music with voices and instruments in celebration of Christ's resurrection.  The Choir often rounds out the season with performances of Broadway favorites and inspirational music.
