Preschool Registration Form for the 2007/2008 School Year
Preschool Registration for the 2008/2009 School Year begins in January 2008.
Registration is first open to our staff and church members. It is then open to our current students and their siblings. Finally, registrations is open to our mailing list families. Registration is completed by a lottery system. You will come in on your allotted day with your completed registration forms that you will receive in the mail and you will pick a lottery number. Your number will be written on your form and your registration fee will be attached. Our office staff will then sit down after all of the lottery pulls have been completed and begin placing children in the deisred classes. If your first choice of class is not available, we will place your child on the waiting list for that class and place your child in the next available class of your choice. If for any reason a class is not available for your child, he/she will be placed on all class waiting lists and your registration fee will be returned to you. Once your child is registered in a class, your registration fee is not refundable and cannot be used toward your first tuition payment.
If you wish to register your child for the 2008/2009 school year, you MUST contact the preschool by phone or by e-mail to provide us with the following information: Name, Address, Telephone, Age of your child as of 9/1/08, and whether you are a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. We will mail registration forms to you by the first week in January. Anyone that comes in to pick a lottery number without first contacting the preschool will be turned away until after all participants who pre-registered their information has had a chance to pick a lottery number.
