This summer we are offering training for adults at Westminster to learn more about the experiences and realities of young people in the LGBTQ+ community. We recommend this training for parents, church volunteers, educators, or anyone connected with a young person at church or in your community. Participants will be equipped to better understand terms about gender identity and sexuality, statistics on mental health for LQBTQ+ young people, and how you can be a supportive ally. Click the date above to register for one of the three options. Questions? Contact Chris Clark.

Come hear Pastor Don preach his final sermon during both morning worship services on Sunday, July 17. We will recognize and celebrate Pastor Don on his final Sunday in worship on July 24, when there will be one service at 10 am with guest preacher Tony Sundermeier, a former WPC Associate Pastor. Following the service, we will gather in Spellman Hall for a church-wide reception.

If you would like to share thoughts and memories about Don’s leadership, you're invited to drop off photos, cards or letters in baskets found in the Narthex during July. They will be given to Don in a Memory Basket that Don can read. Click here to submit digital photos or video messages for Don. Lynn George will assemble them into a digital presentation for Don to enjoy. You also can contribute to a monetary “Love Gift” which Pastor Don will receive in worship on July 24. Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous. If you would like to donate toward this gift, there are several ways to do so, contact Ed McFalls for more info.
