Phyllis has been a member of Westminster for over 30 years. She and her husband Herb live in Garnet Valley, PA. They have two adult sons. Phyllis serves Westminster as an Elder, member of the Personnel and Library Committees, Associate Pastor Nominating Committee, Tuesday Morning Fellowship, making soups/casseroles for Broad Street Ministries, and packing meals for Rise Against Hunger. She is a retired school administrator. Phyllis was the first principal of WC Bayard Rustin High School. Prior to moving to PA, she was an English teacher in Ohio. Phyllis enjoys being active in professional educational organizations, cooking, reading, painting, and traveling.
