Holy Week Schedule

MARCH 29: Palm Sunday

Children (and their families) are welcome to gather in the Narthex before the service for a procession of palms at the beginning of worship. - 4:00 pm • Sanctuary
Join us for an intergenerational, interactive, contemplative gathering. We will walk through Jesus’ journey through Holy Week. RSVP requested.
MARCH 30-APRIL 3: Walk the Labyrinth
We invite you to walk our labyrinth during Holy Week in Spellman Hall. Walking is a prayer in motion, an opportunity to reflect upon Jesus and the events that lead to the cross, and invites us to be open to God who is on the journey with us. There will be stations around the outer perimeter of the labyrinth with a scripture and reflection for each day of Holy Week.
APRIL 2: Maundy Thursday
7:30 pm • Sanctuary & Live Stream
Hear the Passion story in a worship service with scriptures and the Stations of the Cross. Celebrate the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper and reflect on Jesus’ Last Supper. Worship will also include hymns and then watch as the chancel is stripped of all the familiar Christian symbols before you leave the Sanctuary in silence.
APRIL 3: Good Friday
12:00 pm • Sanctuary & Live Stream
Good Friday is the day we remember Jesus’ crucifixion. The hours of noon to 3 p.m. are particularly significant as these commemorate the time Jesus hung on the cross. This 40-minute worship service will include prayers, biblical storytelling, moments of silent reflection, and music.
APRIL 4: Easter Vigil
5:00 pm • Chapel & Live Stream
Join us for the first service of Easter. This is a Taizé service with communion, remembrance of baptism, hymns, and scripture readings from the Old and New Testaments.
APRIL 5: Easter Sunday
- Sunrise Service
6:30 am • Courtyard
Join us as we journey around the Westminster building to celebrate Christ’s resurrection. We begin in candlelight in the courtyard and travel to the crosses, memorial garden, and we end the service in the Sanctuary to celebrate communion. Following this service enjoy a light breakfast in Café 10 West. - Traditional Service

Brass, bells and the Chancel Choir lead this traditional Easter service. Nursery care provided for children 6 months – 4 years. - Traditional Service
9:30 am • Sanctuary & Live Stream
Brass, bells and the Chancel Choir lead this traditional Easter service. Nursery care provided for children 6 months – 4 years. Following the Thought for Children, we invite older kids to an Easter storytelling. - Contemporary Service
11:00 am • Sanctuary & Live Stream
Our worship band leads this contemporary Easter service and we will celebrate communion. Nursery care provided for children 6 months – 4 years. Following the Thought for Children, we invite older kids to an Easter storytelling.
