Chancel Ringers (Handbells)

Chancel Ringers is open to adults and youth (grade 6+) with handbell ringing experience. The choir plays during the 9:00 am Sunday services approximately once per month from October through May. They also perform during Westminster’s annual Christmas Concert and on other occasions. The choir rehearses Wednesday nights from 7-8:30 pm. Contact: Kirsten Santos Rutschman.

Genesis Ringers and Other Opportunities

Genesis Ringers is a multigenerational class that takes place a few times throughout the year for beginning handbell ringers. Grade 3 through adult. The next session is March 1, 8, and 15, from 4:00-5:00pm (register here).

Experienced ringers are encouraged to join the roster of substitutes for Chancel Ringers. Youth (grade 6+) and adult.

Taizé Ensemble

Our Taizé ensemble open to adults with string and woodwind instrument experience. The ensemble plays during our 5 pm Taizé service on the first Sunday of the month. They rehearse monthly before the Taizé service. For more information, contact Jon Frost.

Come share in a potluck supper (mains provided), read through some repertoire, and talk about plans for Summer & Fall. Rehearse “All Glory, Laud and Honor” to play in 9:00 worship service on Palm Sunday (March 29). Sign up here.

PALM SUNDAY: ALL GLORY, LAUD AND HONOR | Sunday, March 29 (warm up at 8:00am for 9:00 service) Play the hymn All Glory, Laud and Honor during the waving-of-the-palms processional the 9:00 worship service. Rehearsal is during Potluck & Play above (March 9). If you would like to play in Palm Sunday worship on March 29 but cannot attend the March 9 Potluck & Play to rehearse, please contact Kirsten.

ALL PLAY FOR WORSHIP | Sunday, May 31 (warm up at 8:00am for 9:00 worship service)
