Martin Luther King Jr Day of Service

9:00-11:00 am Monday, January 19 • Kitchen/Café 10 West
Join us for our annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service. You can either make lunches at home and drop them off under the church portico, or bring your items to the church and assemble them in the main church kitchen. We encourage you to label each bag with the kind of sandwich it contains and write or draw messages of kindness on the bagged lunches for a personal connection for those receiving them. Click here to let us know how many lunches you are packing.
Each lunch should include:
- 1 meat/cheese sandwhich (roast beef or turkey – NO PORK)
- 1 bag of chips
- 1 piece of fruit (apple, clementine, etc)
- 1 granola bar
- 1 bottle water
- *packed in a brown paper bag
