Youth: Register for Confirmation

Looking for a book to read this August?
July 31, 2025Try The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabelle Wilkerson. In this epic, beautifully written masterwork, Pulitzer Prize-winning author Isabel Wilkerson chronicles one of the great untold stories of American history: the decades-long migration of black citizens who fled the South for northern and western cities in search of a better life. Our book discussion group will discuss it at 10 am Monday, September 8 in the Library.
New Check In Kiosks
July 31, 2025In this 90 second video, Pastor Eric introduces our updated check in kiosks. We encourage you to use the kiosks and wear a name tag on Sundays to help learn names and foster community. This can also replace the friendship pads (avoiding extra work for our office) and make it safer for children going to Children’s ministries. Wanting to save time in front of the kiosk? You can precheck into worship on your phone via the Church Center app. Pastor Eric shows you that process in this 90 second video.
This is just one of several new features we’ll roll out in the next month to help you better engage with Westminster.

Registration Open for 5K for Living Waters

3:00-5:00 pm Sunday, September 7 • Oakbourne Park
Join us our annual 5K for Living Waters! Living Waters for the World (LWW) trains volunteers to establish and lead water mission teams that partner with communities to implement and operate sustainable water purification systems and health education programs. We have partnered with LWW for 11 years, installing 6 water systems in Honduras. Registration is $35/person, $85/household (3 or more) and children 4 and under are free. We will split funds raised 50/50 between the Honduras Network Staff Sustainers initiative of LWW and supporting current and future water system projects undertaken by Westminster Presbyterian Church teams.
Can’t join us in person for the 5K? Join the team anyway and do the 5K wherever and whenever! You can also support members doing the 5K by donating to our team. Click here to donate or register.
