Thank You Westminster: Emergency Food Collection!

The recent government shutdown and SNAP funding issues created a great need among our neighbors that struggle with food insecurity. Westminster showed its deep commitment to our community. In the last two weeks, Westminster donated 4,253 pounds of food and $5,460 in financial donations and gift cards! This incredibly generous amount will be split between Kennett Area Community Service (KACS) and the West Chester Food Cupboard (WCFC). Thank you for making a difference in providing our neighbors with the quality food choices they need and deserve especially during this holiday season. An additional shout out to our Boy Scout Troop 93 who collected an another 2,486 pounds of food for WCFC!
