Westminster’s Mental Health & Addiction Awareness team are hosting a Wellness Fair to help to better understand substance abuse, addiction, and other related health issues. We will have a Mobile Medication drop box to collect unwanted or expired prescriptions. At 11 am join us for NARCAN Training. We are looking for a few sewers for our next Days for Girls event! Days for Girls increases access to menstrual care and education by developing global partnerships, cultivating Social Enterprises, mobilizing volunteers and innovating sustainable solutions that shatter stigma and limitations for women and girls. This year we are excited to team up with Living Waters for the World (LWW), with whom we have been in partnership since 2014. LWW trains volunteers to establish and lead water mission teams that partner with communities to implement and operate sustainable water purification systems and health education programs. We have been involved with 5 water system installations in Honduras to date and with this year's 5K we hope to be a part of clean water in Honduras for years to come.
To that end, every dollar raised from this year's 5K, including registration, will go towards the Honduras Network Staff Sustainers initiative of LWW. To find out more about Living Waters for the World and this initiative, explore the following links below:

Living Water 5K is holding two “Dine and Donate” events to supplement the funds raised by the 5K. You can either eat at the restaurant or order take out at PJ Whelihans and 15% of your entire bill will be donated to us. We will have paper and digital flyers that will be provided for people to present to your server. Drop off a plant or seeds to share or just pick up a new plant. Even if you don't share seeds or a plant, you may pick up a new plant!
