Modern family life is busy and full when you’re a parent or a teenager. There are so many places to be, activities to be on time for, and things to check off our to-do lists. Where does our spiritual centering come from in the midst of it all?

We are inviting families of teenagers (grade 6-12) to consider that question together by gathering together two times at the beginning of this year to share a meal together, share stories together, and set intentions together by crafting a "Rule of Life" for your family during the season of Lent.

A Rule of Life is not a rigid statute but a flexible guide to help you intentionally stay true to the values that are most important for your family. It helps provide some balance and centering in the midst of the ebbs and flows of life.
