Help Afghan Refugees

Following the fall of Kabul and the evacuation of Afghan friends and allies, an estimated 75,000 Afghans are arriving in the US to rebuild their lives. They are fleeing retribution or persecution from the Taliban and have one goal: to live in safety. It is in our power to help them. CWS is one of the key organizations welcoming and resettling newly arriving Afghans. Click here to support Church World Service's efforts with housing, legal assistance, case management, mental health support, medical care, school enrollment, and community sponsorship.

Loss & Grief Class Postponed

The fall Loss & Grief Class has been postponed to a later date. Please look for announcements in the coming months for its rescheduling in early 2022. If you are in immediate need of pastoral support for bereavement or loss of any kind, please contact Pastor Ann. Westminster offers support through our pastors, Stephen Ministry Program, Widow/Widowers Group, and Board of Deacons.

A Note from Pastor Ann

I cannot thank you all enough for the gift of my recent 10-week sabbatical. I am deeply grateful to our congregation for the season of rest and renewal it provided. The extended period of time was an amazing opportunity for me to read, reflect, travel, garden, study, reconnect with friends, and recharge for the future. I also want to recognize and thank Westminster’s staff and other leaders who picked up additional ministry responsibilities while I was away. Thanks to everyone for your spirit of kindness and generosity!
